Free pickup and return
We pick up the computer from your door and bring it back when the work is done, at no charge.
Fixed prices
For most of our services, the price is a set fee and does not change if the repair takes longer.
No fix, no repair fee
If we can't repair it, you only pay the diagnostic.
Parts quoted first
You get the price of any part before it's ordered, and you can turn it down.
Services and prices
Prices cover labor. Parts are quoted separately and agreed with you before they're ordered.
Tune-up and cleanup
Startup programs and unused software removed, fans and vents cleaned.

Virus and malware removal
Full scan and removal. Browser and startup settings reset.

Operating system reinstall
Windows reinstalled and set up. A backup is taken first, at no extra charge.

A new drive or memory fitted and your files transferred.

Software related services
This is a "best-effort" triage service. If the issue requires deep vendor-level changes, we will safely hand off your case to the software vendor's official support channel.
$50 per hour, minimum 1 hour
Work we do not do
- Data recovery from a failed or wiped drive. We refer this to a specialist lab.
- Game consoles.
- Ultrathin laptops and tablets, including Microsoft Surface. They are glued and layered, and a safe repair is not realistic.
- Liquid damage and computers that have been opened before. We'll look at these, but we can't promise a result.
