Book online, choose a service, and pay the $49 diagnostic.

We pick up the computer from your door at a time you choose, and send you a photo of its condition.

We diagnose and repair it. Anything that changes the price is agreed with you first.
- 4
We return it to your door and you pay the balance.
Back up your files before we pick it up. Any repair can lose data, an operating system reinstall erases the drive, and neither is covered. The full terms are on this site to read before you book.
When you pay
The $49 diagnostic is paid when you book, and it comes off the repair. The rest depends on the job.
Software workTune-ups, virus and malware removal, and operating system reinstalls are paid when the job is done.
Repairs that need a partThe part is paid for up front, at the price we quote you. The labor is paid when the job is done.
Very old or high value hardwareWe ask for payment in full before the work starts. If that applies to your computer we tell you at the quote, before you commit to anything.
